Offline Booth Registration: If you are paying by check or prefer to mail your booth registration, print and complete the Exhibitor Contract and Exhibitor Agreement and mail it with your payment to the address on the form. Also, print and read the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority’s Customers’ & Exhibitors’ Rights Document.

NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS: Booth numbers shown on the map will be assigned on a "first-come, first-served" basis upon receipt of the signed contract with full payment. All final booth placements are subject to availability.
