2008 FGS Conference Volunteer Form

We very much appreciate your interest in helping as a volunteer during the FGS Conference.
Volunteer activities include putting together registration packets or helping in the Exhibit Hall, at the Registration Booth, or as a classroom monitor.

As a volunteer, you can receive a rebate of your registration fee. Rebates cannot exceed the amount paid in registration fees. Rebates will be issued by check by the end of 2008. Rebates are based on the number of hours volunteered, as follows:
# of Volunteer Hours	Conference Fee Rebate
16 hours	$175.00 (full registration)
12 hours	$87.50 (one-half registration)
8 hours	$43.75 (one-fourth registration)
